COMPAQ-HP
NOT GETTING MY LAPTOP REPLACED

I purchases a Compaq laptop on 10th August07 from MKG Computers, Agra u.p. It worked very well in the beigning but in the month of june08 it started troubling the problem which troubled was the tempaeratue of the machine use ti rise upto 123 degree centigrade. I complained to the service centre several times they always promised and made assured that the machine will work right now and the samething repeated several times, but complaint was never rectified. But now i request you to please help out and ask the comapny officials to get me a new machine else i will have to knock the doors of court. Which will not have a good effect on company's repotation.
