Unable to repair my laptop

Dear sir,

I am a student pursuing my M.B.A. from Pune. I have purchased a laptop which had some problem with the screen after only 5-6 months. My laptop was in warranty and I gave it for repairing on 1/11 at Vintech Electronic System Pvt. Ltd. at A1-A2, Ushahkal, Shree Prajakta Co-op Hsg. Society, Deep Bunglow Chowk, Model Colony, Pune-411016. Their ph no:- 9881908190, 255666233.

Sir, they promised me that it will be repaired in 15 days. But its nearly 3 months that it is not repaired yet. When i contacted them they always give me assurance that in 7 days it will be repaired, even they sent it to Delhi but still have not repaired my laptop. Then I told them about going to consumer court that too didn't made them to repair it, so sir I have no option left and I request your help on this matter. Sir as an MBA student I have to make many project and presentations and I need back my laptop as soon as possible to face any further losses of my studies. Please help me.
