Compaq laptop
Problem of laptop

I purchased a laptop on 23/9 with 1 year warranty,

now it is not functioning well it shows a problem in screen, problem in dvd writer, also it shows heating problem...

when i approached its service centre on 14/5 they told me that ''your laptop warranty has allready been over in april 04'', they also told me that ''the purchasing bill is also fake''

please suggest me the possible options, wheather should i approach consumer court or not.
