Laptop Damaged in transit

Dear Sir/Ma'm,

With due respect, i want to bring this thing to your information that I have FDC courier service to send our Laptop delivered from Adoni (Andhra Pradesh - Kurnool District) to Secunderabad (Andra Pradesh).

We inquired about the transit problems if any to the courer service franchise agent, and after a positive response from sender side (i.e., in Adoni Mr Sekhar), we decided to send it, by paying extra money.

But on delivery, we found the laptop screen, battery and mother board to be fully damaged, leaving my laptop unusable. So we need you to take the required action for that.
