Compaq laptop
POOR SERVICE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to inform you that I had putted my compaq presario CQ40-108-TU laptop on HP SERVICE CNETER (DIGITECH E SERVICE), new delhi, on dated 06.10.2009. But till date my laptop not repaired. I send approximate 15 mail to their concern authorities. but only three replies comes. And in reply they are writing, it will take next 2-3 days. And my laptop is in warranty period, and my case id is 4604629478.

I want to know that 16 days going to be complete. But still my problem is constraint.

Please guide me.
