Cheating in post warranty

I had purchase a post warranty for my notepad on 24th nov from RT Outsourcing, okhala ph-1, new Delhi. Ihe manual receipt i got from them is showing 24th nov as purchase date n 24th nov as expiry date. But the certificate i received on my mail is showing 22nd oct as purchase date and 21st oct as expiry date. Soon i contact them for this miss match but they said don’t worry sir just ignore that mail certificate... we will follow the manual receipt.

But when on 9th nov i went to summit my notepad bcoz of sum tech problem. They said its out of warranty. you will be charged for this.

I was shocked… How they can do this to me...???
