Lue screen in laptop

Dear sir!

myself is nidhivyas.i had bought the compaq laptop model no.c707TU

pin-GS096PA and machine searial no CND7392Bx3 from Syberia computar

solution add... 9, Gandhi market Orai..pin 285001. U.P.T.T no. OR

1031..in date 9/11/07.price rs.35990/- from the next day there is

serious problem in my laptop .when i start, shut down and in midle

during work it blink off and indicate dark blue screen on that

screen it gives message from white colour than suddnely off and

automatically researt the computer..it happens several times may be

twice a time in one day..or it may be in 2 or 3 days ..i thougtthat

this problem is releated to software so i have formeted the laptop

in several time.after that it again show the same problem as we have

told.then i went to RT outsourcing service limited.allahabad on

17/5 .this is only hp service centre in allahabad..they said

that ur harddisk, &Ram are ok this is software problem.but when i

went to computer shop they said that this is hardware problem.and

again i went to service centre on 2/8.they said that ur laptop

is ok all test have passed and somebody has told me this is a

configuration problem .as i bring laptop at my home it again researt

and show blue screen and i again formeted.my laptop is under warenty

till 9/11.i am very sad to buy this laptop.sir i am alwayes

hanging between software and harware shop no body is listening to

me.sir in my opanion this is configuration problem so please give me

some solution or it should be replaced.otherwise i will take action

against it. i m very tensed about it.i m in research so i need this

computer more.sir please replace this laptop.i will be very greatful

to you.
