New notebook hardware problem

This is ravindra mundada from nashik, i purchased a laptop in the month of feb from one of the dealer in nashik named, Hi-Tech Computers, after 1 month i came to know that the modem installed was not in working condition, i surrendered my laptop on 30/3, and till date the dealer is giving me false reply everynow and then. i humbly request you to look into this matter urgently. i was assured for product replacement in case of any complaints within 6 months.i appeal to the company to look into this matter immediately or else i will have to knock the doors of appropriate court of law.
