Poor service

To Whom it may concern,

I had given my laptop for repairs to Simtech Ltd based in Sakinaka, Mumbai a month ago with the following problems

1) mouse pad not working

2) CD ROM reader and writer not working

3) over heating

I get a message from them 2 weeks ago saying the part has been ordered.

after which they tell me that the part was not compatible.

this process was repeated again 2 days ago.

if the laptop cannot be fixed please REPLACE it.

I am in urgent need of my computer and cannot afford any more extensions.
