Compaq nx6325 onsite 3 year warranty
Problem not rectified even after 25 days

I made a complaint on 9 Jan. 9 about the DVD writer vide complaint no. 2605151683 dt. 9.1.9. On 15 Jan an engineer came with a DVD writer which was not the correct part, hence, could not be changed. Since then in spite of many emails to sareen@hp.com, dhiraj.verma@hp.com and their complaint portal vide id no. CCHSAP190470 dt. 31.1.9 nobody has cared to contact or rectify the defect. They have always take about a month to rectify the defect.
