HARD DISK FAILURE

Dear Friend,

I read your sad story. Yes its true, COMPAQ is simply bloody manufacturer. It only craves for money and leaves the victim (BUYER) all alone with all the troubles behnd. I don't know why they are doing so. I too was a good fan of HP Compaq, but don't wan't to continue that. Actually my problem is mutch miserable. Even as a computer specialist I can't save my HP Compaq Presario C700 laptop. It has crashed down. I think the problem is with the HARDDISK.When I run CHKDSK, the C drive shows no problem but all other drives shows an error - "The volume contains one or more unrecoverable errors". And when I try to install the operating system (XP and Vista Ultimate)-It is also failing and a blue screen is shown with some errors like - PAGEFILE_FAULT etc. Can you please help me? I shall be very thankful to you if you help me. I am living in Velloor, Kottayam. My dad works in (HINDUSTAN NEWSPRINT COMPANY). Please do help me.
