I purchased C772tu from bitmap jamnagar on 10-jan, as per my dealer it will take 20 working day's process of redemption. but still today i can't got my redemption gift of kodak camera, after many of mail converation with redemption department.

how much time the process is going on of my redemption.
allready approx 2 month complete on 13-march
how much time u will take.
