Dear sir

ihad registered for moto q8 mobile phone on 27 th june

in ur offer it was written that within 6 weeks the claim will b delivered, but after 10 weeks also the claim has not been delivered

inspite all this the customer care department is not interested in replying properly

my file no.is 116879 for which i have mailed more than 25 times .u can study my ticket id accounts #AQW-678904 in which my mails r not even replied

this is very irritating for the customers of ur product & is also very unsatisfactory customer services provided by ur co.

plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz look in to the issue and deliver my claim urgently
