Compaq presario v6406tu note book
Not received the offered free web cam and head phone

I purchased a compaq presario v6406tu note book with a offer of free web cam and a head set along with the note book on 19'th of september from sigma computer services, t/87, 3'rd floor, raisar plaza indira bazar, jaipur, rajasthan, ... we filled the on line offer form at www.hpindia.com and received the redemption code i.e 9jhs9jm383 and were asked to courier the invoice copy, original bar coded product serial no, and a D.D of rs 350 in favour of solutions integrated marketing services pvt ltd. payable at new delhi. and the address was TO AISHWARYA J, HP REDEMPTION CELL, C/O SOLUTIONS INTEGRATED MARKETING SERVICES PVT LTD, 1'ST FLOOR, A-2, OKHLA INDUSTRIAL AREA, PHASE 1, NEW DELHI-110020, PH:011-41306700 (14 LINES) & FAX:011-41306731.On 16'th of october i received a mail saying we have received ur request and the offer will be reaching u with in 8-10 weeks.by december 20'th 2007 10 weeks were completed... and from the purchase day till today its almost 24 weeks and i have not received the said offer product yet.. though i have called them more than 20 times seems they are not at all bothered of my repetitive complains.. as of now i have stopped callin those moreons and i m preparin to move to the consumer court to teach them a good lesson so that in future other consumers are benifitted by my step...
