Hi Sir / Madam,

I bought a compaq laptop for 42000 two years ago. After 10 months or so the mother board went off. Got it replaced during that warranty period. They said that this won't happen again.

Then the same thing happaned again after an year. Now they are asking for a hell of a lot money to get it corrected.

Kindly advise to raise an action against this. As this is not expected from such a big firm.
