Battery Back up

This is Omprakash sharma from Noida. I am working in OKS Span Technology Ltd.

I have purchased compaq laptop V6000 series before one year sep 2007 .

After One year there is problem in battery backup. On Batter my Laptop is only run 1 hours.

so please tell me there is any warranty on battery back up or

take relevent Action.
