I purchease my pc two months ago, on 29 sep08 from DIIT cumputer sales & service 39/1, thwthery Bazar chowk pratapgarh (UP), bill no. ID000232

one the very next day my system was not working i told the dealer and i got my system formated, till that day he formated my system four times still it is not working properly it hangs always usally when i use brodband with lan card it hangs the dealer advise me to use by usb only. every time i have to take my cpu to the dealer i m fedup with this. is the service is onsite or not state me clearly.
