Compaq v3000 Laptop
Not getting my defective battery replaced by service station

Hi sir,

I purchesed compaq V3149AU in may.its battery backup is not good, its battery backup is less than 50minute.

its not burns all the dvd's exept sony. HP care center technics told that reinstall burning software (nero7) or change versions of burning

software (nero6), i tried infront of them but its not worked.before 2week mother board problem occured, then replaced motherboard.but problem is

they not giving proper sevice.now also i'm in problem by backup of battery and DVD drive.
