Compare Infobase Ltd. Kolkata, which had about 350 employees in 2007 is left about only 40 employees presently. A large number from the rest of the employees were forced to leave without any reason in the begining of 2008. It's not that their quality of work was not upto the mark, but the company just decidecd to unemploy them all of a sudden. And that too without clearing all the dues, which were promised to all (in written) while joining. It is surprising that since then no action has been taken regarding this.
