I would like to share the poor experience I had with Competent Automobile.
It has always been a nightmare to get my vehicle service either at Competent (Gazipur or Gurgaon), right from 1st Service.
It has always been a painful to get my vehicle services from them, I had to send multiple emails and make multiple calls so that they could fix the problems mentioned to them when the vehicle was given to them.
The service centre has negative attittue and I have seen this accross all service station of Competent Automobile.
Following had been the problems I had faced with them in past 2.5yrs of association:
They provided me the purchase invoice after 1.5yrs after multiple visits.
All Problems were not resolved when the vehicle was delivered to me.
They had tempered my internal and external wiriing after an accident and didn't accepted it.
The was never ready when I had down for taking the delivery.
Even after mixing the time with them to either giving the vehicle or taking delivery the min waiting time is 1hr to 4hrs.
They would misguide you when you meet with accident and would try to fool you.
They had been unable to analysise and fix some of the problem which had been from day one. Even Maruti has no answers to it.
I had also spoken to Mr Kamal Kumar CEO, but there had been no response, no body case to looked into my complaint.
There representative are very rude to you.
They would damage your vehicle if you complain about them to Maruti.
Now, I have moved to Bagga Link and it has better service then them, but I would still not recommend anyone to buy a MARUTI Product.
