Not given the RC

Sir,

I Rakesh Kumar Sharma from faridabad has own a wagon-r lxi car from Competent automobiles, Shivaji Marg, Moti Nagar, Delhi. Firstly I have booked wagno-r vxi on 23/08.But they give me wagon-r lxi. I bear that. I also apply for cng fitted from company. Now I met an accident 1 month ago. When I go to insurance company they said that cng is not registerd in RC we can't insured your car. I talk to Mr. Ghanshyam in competent automobiles they said that we give you the RC after 3-4 days registered with cng. But, I hasn't recieve my RC till now 1 months after. When I call them they didn't answer my call or told me to wait for 2-3 days. I am so irritated from their this kind of behaviour. I request you to see on my letter and help me.
