Non delivery of swift lxi even after two plus months and indifferent attitude of GM towards it

I Sushil Kumar booked a swift lxi on 27/07/09 by paying cash amount of Rs. 10, 000 . The details of the receipt are as follows :

I was given a waiting period of 1 & 1/2 month in written.

Then after the stipulated period we were told that the vehicle is with them and we can start the process of buying. we gave them a cheque of Rs. One Lakh and Fifty Thousand only. Details of which are as follows

In the mean time we came to know that the bank we were trying for loan was not approving the loan, So the GM told us that I should give them a letter of cancellation which he will hold till the approval is received and in case the deal is not finalised he will cancel the order. On 25th of Sep 2009 I gave the cancellation letter to the GM. But on the same day after the talk with the customer executive I was given the option that you can pay the full amount by cheque if possible instead of applying for loan. So i somehow arranged the required money from my family and telephonically i confirmed that i will be buying the vehicle and will be going to the dealer on 1st Oct as I was out of Delhi till 29th of Sep 2009 . On 29th I confirmed to them again that i will be coming for the vehicle on 1st of October. But on 30th I was told that the GM gave my car to other customer which was a breach of trust on the part of GM reason for which is not known to me. It was later found that the executive dealing with us Ms Jasmine was on leave that day and in her absence that deal was finalised. Later we were given assurance that they will deliver the vehicle to us on 4th of October but i am writing this complaint on the eve of 3rd Oct as till date I got no reply from the GM. MY honesty and truth of the case is based on the fact that although I gave the cancellation latter which they can use against me but till date my money is lying with them. The cheque has been realised by them and money has not been refunded to us. If in reality I had cancelled the deal than i would have got my money back in maximum three or Four days and 9 days have passed after i gave the cancellation later which shows that i as a coustomer is serious for buying the vehicle but being on the receiving end i am continously being harrased by the company. Please help.
