This is regarding frequent problems in the engine of Maruti Suzuki Swift D-Zire (VDI)

Dear Sir,

This is regarding frequent problems in the engine of Maruti Suzuki Swift D-Zire (VDI), I purchased on 31 Dec from Chandigarh, registration no: CHO4H 1213. After two services were carried out on the car in Gurgaon, it started giving a lot of problems. The engine stops anywhere on the road, mostly while crossing speed breakers and even on speeds at 60-7- kmph. This problem was first checked by M/S COMPETENT AUTOMOBILES in gurgaon on 11th June 09. Initially, it seemed that the problem is resolved. Filter assembly & Fuel was changed by Mr. R.S Dahiya. His conduct moreover was not satisfactory. After changing the above mentioned parts, the same problem occurred again and the car stopped again and again. I went to the same agency again on 24th June. Switch assembly & stop lamp was changed this time by Mr. R.S Dahiya again. But due to some reasons problem was still there. Again, I went to the agency. Clutch cover was changed this time. Even engineers from Maruti (Mr. Shobhit) have inspected the vehicle however nobody is able to rectify this problem. It seems that nobody is able to find the root cause of the problem. I am very frustrated by the service and repair done by the dealer and engineers from Maruti, I don’t have time to leave my office and go to the dealer again and again. This is causing high inconvenience and the end step would be the consumer court..

I would request you to please intervene and get this issue rectified ASAP.
