Took My Car for servicing to Competent Motors Najafgarh Road. I just inquired about thier charges for the same, which I felt were too high. So, I opted not to get the vehicle serviced from them.

After this thier supervisor said that I would have to pay a sum of Rs. 300/- as the estimate charges, as they have informed me about thier charges. Which I denied them, asking them to show where its mentioned. The response I got from thier Sr. Work Manager, Major K.S. Manon was really shocking, they said " its not important to mention everything".

Then 15 to 20 of thier employees surrounded me and started threatening me, saying I can't take my vehicle without paying them.

The issue got so big that I even had to call Police to solve the issue.

This kind of behavior is not expected from company like Maruti. Even if such charges are applicable, it should be mentioned or informed to the customers.

I would like to request my friends not to take thier vehicle to them.
