Defective cylinder suply

I am mr. ramkishor, consumer of inden gas agency (karni gas agency) makrana, my consumer no. 10260

this agency supllied me a defective gas cylinder on 15th march from that cylinder gas was leaking.

i complained by phone call& after that personaly with cylinder on 30th march but they refused change the cylinder, cylinder was leaking infront of agency person, he said we will not change the cylinder u can sell this cylinder in market, cylinder no. is SR-942513, Relative of this agency owner mr. gajendra singh also a member of nagaur consumer board, i told him also but he also said me to sell in market.
