Complaint against First Flight Couriers -Pacakage not received

Hi,

There seems to be the fact that the management at first flight courier doesn't take care about the couriers been sent via them have actually been delivered or not, That is the same case for my docket no. M43962642 dated 29.05.2008 sent from Teracom Limited Goa to be delivered to Teracom Limited Noida at their site it has been shown that the courier has already been delivered but actually it has not, for the same concern We have been trying to contact them but every we get a new reply along with a new no. to contact with, finally got a chance to contact the Hub Manager Mr. Viraj and incharges Mr. Tripathi/Tiwari with contact no.'s 09953596119/09953596120/09953596121 respectively, Mr. Viraj? tiwari/tripathi all gave an assurance that the same shall be updated at the earliest and even Mr. tiwari said out the docket no before I could even tell him, when asked why the wrong information regarding the delivery has been stated on their site, he gave a unusual explaination that it is a mistake which is very common in their industry.

I want to know from the management why is it so that you even don't care about the deliveries and what's the use of paying you so much even if the courier has not been delivered till today 06.07.

If incase we don't receive the packet by today evening along with the reply the same shall be taken to cnsumer court and that's not at all a statement we mean that.

Hope that there is someone in the company who really cares for what your CMD's vision for growth and excellence.
