COMPLAINT AGAINST HOTEL ARYA MAHAL, BHUBANESWAR
OVER CHARGING OF ROOM RENTS

I want to lodge a complaint against Hotel Arya Mahal (A unit of Arya Mahal Pvt. Ltd.), Plot No. 110, Kharvel Nagar, Bhubaneswar - 751001, Tel/Fax : (0674) 2532552, 2534827, 6546096

I visited the hotel on 25.11.2009 (After Noon) Check in at 15:40 p.m. Check out time 11:00 a.m. (Forced by Hotel Reception with Threat of Charging Extra After 12.00)

The Tarrif Value of the Double Bed Room (A/C with CTV) was Rs. 1, 400/- (Forteen Hundred Only). Whereas the Room No. 210 was booked in advance. They Charged 3, 000/- (Three Thousand Only). When I asked the hotel authorities to refund the excess amount charged, they denied.

However the tarrif value of the hotel was printed on back of their Visiting Cards is as Under:-

Single Occupancy = Rs. 1000/-

Extra Guest Charges = Rs. 300/-
