Calls and Bad Messages coming from unknown numbe

Dear sir/madam,

I am facing lots of problem from one unknown number. I am getting very very bad msg and call from one hutch number to my bsnl number. I am using bsnl prepaid number. Please help me in this matter and take further action on that person. That unknown number is 9916266804.from this number i am getting call and msg to my bsnl number.
