Not receiving proper information daily

Sir i had order for your material, i received and also i was promised that i would receive daily alerts regarding entry and exit.through sms as well as through mail.but even after receiving your material there has been no sign of mails or any type of sms.

so i would kindly request you to kindly look into the matter and do the need ful.as promised by you.
