Complaint for some of the societies in Mumbai
An appeal against objection to sell or rent a flat to the Muslim community

With great grievance, I would like to bring this to your kind notice regarding objection which are taking place within Mumbai city and also many other cities of India whether to allow Muslims to buy or rent a flat in certain societies or not. There are many societies within the city which are directly saying “Big No” to Muslims and unfortunately no one is coming forward to help us in this serious issue. It is really very painful and humiliating experience our community is going through these days. I know that there are some bad elements / fundamentalists who are not only spoiling the name of our religion but also they are big black spot on human beings, same way these sections of people exist in every caste, community, religion and the county. Directly this is becoming serious issue between two communities and indirectly it is a racist attack on us.

Hence, it is my humble request to the State government, Central government and other higher government authorities to come forward and help us to sort out the same. We are very much part of this city, state and the country. Give us respect too as we are always ready to cooperate in all the legal formalities and verifications if needed.
