Dear Sir,

I am Living in Sector-8, Quarter No. 74 My Mobile No. 9868160316. The street light in Babu Genu Marg, in between Sector-8-9 Poll No. R-837, R-848, 167/1390, R-839, 842, R-836, R-845 for the last 3 or 4 months and the whole area under darkness. This has become very dangerous for traffic and due to darkness for the people and children who walk on road.i have talked to Mr. Hemant Verma Mob. No. 9313403994 BSES person so careless about complaint. than what meaning of customer support server or customer support center.

Please take it seriously as it matters to consumer right.
