Sub: Complaint on multiple civic issues in the Block D-14, Sec 8, Rohini.

Respected Sir,

We the residents of Block D-14, Sec 8, Rohini want to bring to your notice that a spate of civic issues are being faced by us, due to existence of an Unauthorized Commercial Car Service Station (SAHIB AUTOMOBILES ADDRESS: D-14/72, SEC-8, ROHINI, DELHI-110085) in our locality. This corrupt activity is happening since a long time now and no action has been taken against this unlawful activity.

Following is the list of problems faced by us:

1) The mechanics as well as customers park the cars on both sides of road leading to congestion and insufficient space for residents to park their own vehicles and leading to a no of accidents.

2) Most importantly the workers at the service station have been noticed multiple times indulging in the anti social activities such as molestation and eve teasing. As such it has become highly unsafe for the women residents of the locality to venture out alone.

3) This also leads to traffic movement being disrupted and lot of heated blow exchange goes on amongst the residents and the customers of that service station.

4) This has led to high levels of noise and air pollution in the surrounding area which is leading lot of health hazards and causing ailments to the residents.

5) The children in the colony too cannot play outdoors due to the dirt and noise, such a unhealthy environment is fatal for there mental as well as physical upbringing.

6) There is Kendriya Vidhyalya just behind the service station; later is posing hindrances in providing children with a proper education arena, hence basic need of the children fails to be fulfilled.

7) The major problem creeps in especially on weekends when the road is completely jammed with cars making it impossible for the residents to move out even for basic household shopping or even for refreshment.

We fail to understand how could an unauthorized activity happen in our locality in presence of strict rules, guidelines and local police. I request you to kindly address these problems on an urgent basis so that the residents of our colony can lead a normal, hassle-free day-to-day life.

Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and stop this activity as soon as possible.
