ITBC 09890743 official notice from the award administraor for the finalist in our 60 lakhs sweepstakes.

I had paid the dues for the book Complete History of the world and I was assured of the offers from the Club. I paid through my credit card but the neither the book nor the free gifts have reached me. I would like to why this delay in supply of the book and gifts.
