Mis selling of product - netgear WG - 511 54MBPS PCMCIA wifi card

Dear Sir / Mam,

On the 9th MAy I had visitied the Comp Mart Gurgaon DLF Galleria store to purchase a WI FI card for my laptop ACER Travelmate 2301 NXC. I had asked for a product which will fit for my specifcation and laptop configuration. The sales person sold me the above mentioned product assuring me that it wil run on my laptop. However the WI FI card was not working properly and kept getting disconnected.

On complaining today (13th May I was told after waiting in the shop for one and half hours with my wife that it would require a higher version of operating system. When I told them that why was this not mentioned to me before, they asked me to upgrade my opearting system or leave my laptop with them for them to do it. My laptop has my confidential data and its not possible for me to leave it with them especially when they have already lied to me in the very begining. I hd brough the product for Rs 1450/-, and I told them that atleast they can give me a product which is even cheaper to that but will work. However they did not listen. In anger I left the product with them and have come back. I have purchase bill with me. Would request help from your end as I have been cheated on money and time.
