Cheating in Installation

This is to bring to your notice that I had purchased Dell Laptop 1310 on 28th Sept'08 (Deepawali) without Installatin from COMPUCITI.The representative of the outlet gave me the Driver and asked to install the same. But I was unableto install, once I reach home. While purchasing he told any problem related to Software can be tackle by us and for hardware, we can take the help of Dell Customer care. I called the reprsentative of the shop and explain about the Problem. but he couldn't able to do solve. Once I reach to his shop today for Installation, he told you woud be charge Rs.750 VAT., which is not at all acceptable. And moreover, Laptop is under Warranty.

I would request you to take some action as soon as possible.
