(Assembling problem of computer's parts)

I had parches the computers part and assembling them on 18th July from one shop which well knows in technological market. That shop name and address as follow,

Variety InfoTech, A/21, Laxmi Shopping Center, Near New post Office, Opp. Railway Station, Ghatkopar (West), Mumbai-400086. Tel... 25150913/25025206

But that computer is not Work Properly. Shop keeper is look that problem but after some time (after one day) problem start. This situation has been on going from the first day of transaction i.e. 18th July till present moment. It means I face this problem nearly 4 months.

When I complaint for it again dealer ask me for money for servicing even he give warranty on the purchases product for 1 year.

Please help me out. I can study by going these kinds of problems….
