i m krishnanand, i brought a computer from mr v.k. mishra in lucknow in 2006 who is resident of jaunpur (up) in Rs. 28000 . i asked him for a bill but he was giving me chalan when i refused to take he said ok i shall give you. and he did not give me any bill and after few days of purchasing, cumputer was not working when i asked him to solve the problem he said leave it with me i will see it but hi did not solve and when i said him to return my amount he said ok i will returm... and ond day he wind up his shop and left the lucknow city, when i told all this matter on telephone to his family members they asked him about this matter and assure me that you will get your amount but they did not fullfill their commitment and also dissconnected their teliphone line .right now i have no contact no of him .i had only phone no.(i.e.05453241020) now i get the address of him form bsnl directory i.e. mr avadh narayan mishra, gram savesa, maharajganj disst. jaunpur... sir what should i do please help me...
