Payment not recd. against compute

Dear Sir,

A year ago I had given a computer (Computer moniter, cpu, mouse, keyboard, two speakers & spike gaurd) to Irshad to sell. He is a computer hardware person.

He told me, " I 'll sell the computer & payment will given to me within a month period."

I don't know what he did with the computer.

When I am asking for the payment, he answered me " I want some more days, I'll pay you within some more days."

Today I have completed a year for the same, Now I have may marriege on 25/04.

On 26/03 he was ready to pay me, he wanted to credit my axis bank account with the payment against my computer.

But he didn't credited till date.

Now I am trying to call him, but he is rejecting my call & switch off his mobile.

You all are requested to help me asap & revert me, what I can do for the same.

I am extremely worried for the same.
