Computer Loan
Again same issue NOC

Dear Sir/Mam,

As I have taken a computer loan from your organization [File Code # 10302] in about June’08 which I have paid to the organization as per our agreement within the time limit.[March /09]

Now, just because I had paid the loan, I have to wait for the NCC (Nil Claim Certificate)? And above all when I call for the NCC to the desk 0522-3210149 & the receiver Ms Swati reacted in very strange way!

Is this is an attitude of one the most reputed and growing organization of India?

Kindly communicate me how much time is required for this job!

There is urgency for me to take this NCC kindly do needful.
