Intel 965 motherboard replacement

Respected sir,

i am a MCA STUDENT, i bought a computer from Computer People, kapri trade center, dehradun. In warranty period of one year. Intel 965 motherboard was given to Computer People, after one month i ask for motheboard but they respond after 3 months and told me that the intel company gave them not functioning

motheboard so they returned it back, but the whole scene was for six months

then they (Computer People, kapri trade center, dehradun.) said "we will give you 945 motherboard till your motheboard returns back and they give me it" when i ask them after 2 months for. Intel 965 motherboard

they said to me you can do anything but we will not give your motheboard to you.
