Concord Packers and Movers
Loss of luggage and isurance papers

I was transported my household goods through "Concord Packers and Movers, Plot no. 58, H.No. 1-25-159, Opp. Sarojini Pulla Reddy Building, Traffic point Hotel, New Bowenpally, Secunderabad-500011 mobile no-9393999504, 04064605504, 9246194504" from Hyderabad to Pata Auraiya U.P. I have following problems with transporter-

1. I had taken Insurance coverage for household goods by Concord packers and movers by paying Rs 4000/- as premium and he give me one simple recipt for insurance and told after 2-3 days we send computerised policy paper by courier. Now 6 -7 month pass, i call several times but concord not send any insurance paper. Due to this i am unable to claim isurance charges in my company for rembursment ultimatly i loss the amount of 4000 money involve in call time loss mental hrassment.

2.During transportation Concord miss my Bike Helmet. When i call whare is my helmet he told we forget to transport so we send helmet to my friend house or to me by courier but now 6-7 month pass, several time i call but concord not given my helmet thus i loss helmet for the cost of 800/- call charges time loss mental hrassment.

I request to consumar court kindly understand seriousness of my problem and help me. Punish concord for this irresponsible behave and provide my losses and compensation.
