COURIER NOT DELIVERED

I have send an envelop from Cochin [Kacheripady] to Alwaye [Alangad] through your professional [though unprofessional] courier on 03-03 [Tuesday]. Till date the documents had delivered to the addressee. When I contacted your customer care no. they were not able to trace the same. When I contacted your Kacheripady office (2395258) they had given me phone no. of your Alwaye branch (2622653). Your Alwaye branch informed me that they have received the document and will be delived to the addressee on 10-03-09 [Tuesday] It’s really socking and horrible to hear this!!! When the distance between 2 addresses are hardly 35 kms., it is really shameful to understand that it will take one week to deliver a small envelop. I request you to look into this matter seriously and measures should be taken to improve the quality of your service urgently. OR BETTER CHANGE THE NAME OF YOUR COURIER - PROFESSIONAL??!!
