Few month back we have opened our company salary A/c at SBI Bank Sec-22, Chandigarh, Now we are in the process of closing of Our salary a/c from there as they not fulfill their commitment and their services are very poor. At the time of Opening of A/c SBI Executives lost some employees forms, when their accounts opened their Net banking not working near about one month, Some candidate got ATM kit and Cheque Book with Wrong name,

At the Time of closing One SBi Executive told us that we need to submit Closing form only when we reach at bank to close accounts then they said that we need also submit and Cheque book, passbook, Atm, When we complete all these then they said that they charged 150 rs for each a/c for closing. I think bank executive at this branch are confused at they have not aware about their banking policy.

My question is Can we hope some Improvement and Change?
