Hi myself Rituraj working as General manager for two of ESSAR Grp hotels in Surat use your courier company for all my official and personal deliveries,

This is shame on your part that even being regular customer of ur company My personal courier Consignment No: A15262784 sent on 18th May from surat having two shades for my sister in Bangalore haven't reached them yet,

Have even lodged the complaint, ref no50236 but no response came yet have to literally call them so many times but ur apex people r dumb ears to my complaints,

Is this the right way to deal your valued customers.

No one is giving me any clear picture where my courier is,

I will be highly obliged if you can come up with a positive reply
