Non-Delivery of Courie

This is truly disgusting & ridiculous. I haven't received the courier sent by my family from Bihar almost 8-9 days ago, for which they pretended to deliver with high confirmity in 3-4 days at max while accepting it. It is untolerable. It creates unnecessary botheration & anxiety to the customers on either (Sending as well as Receiving end). Whatever may be the reason, you are supposed to deliver the said courier to its mentioned destination on or before time. Otherwise you should get penalised... Also, When I try to check status of consignment, It pops up the error message stating, No such records available... Change your system of work & deliver my courier immediately, or else I will have to exercise serious action against it..
