Transacted money not credited in my sbi nri account in india

It is with great agony that my transacted money which has been transacted in august throucgh audi bank newyork, yet not credited in my nri account in india sbi main branch bettiah w.champaran bihar pin-845449.

in spite of my repeated oral complaints no concrete action has been taken i allready sent the application and tranfer money reciept through (lalit.kumar@sbi.co.in) to chief manager sbi bettiah main branchwhich given by audi bank through my company but still no action has been taken yet to solve this problem.

it is difficult to believe that such thing that a department like yours which is reputed for its efficiency should be taking so much time in doing the needful.

please get the needful done at earliest.
