Parking car inside is not allowed

Hi,

We are staying at MALAD, MUMBAI. I have purched an apparment there. As per societylow all the residence have rights to society space. Now problem is builder is not allowing us to park our car inside. And more to this he is asking Rs. 4 lack for parking. Who will buy car at this rate? and as per our knowledge, society act says that builder can not sell parking its right of the society. Can you help us regarding this?
