Vodafone customer care people irrsposibelity

From 2 days m trying to put caller tune to my mobile and i selected song and i sended to 55655 and i got reply the service activated within 5hrs and they cut my 30rs balance but still i am not getting any song and if i call customer care that people are not respondin properly & they are sugginsting me to take airtel connection. how can i chang this number i taken this number for business purpous.we cant change again and again.and we dont have time to change also, we just want your help.you people have help us.
