Encroachments in Sector 9

The Green Belt across the entire belt running parallel to Bypass Road parallel to Agra Canal is encroached by people and they not only live their but also run dairy business, burn fuel out of buffalo dung, sort out scrap collected from factories and burn that. All this is causing air pollution to the detriment of health of residents in Sector 9 besides public in general passing by from that area.

One can feel burning sensation in eyes in the evening due to smoke.

There are also un-authorised workshops on alongside the bypass road behind Sector 9 in between the road and Agra Canal which do lot of welding work causing air pollution. Some of these also burn material at mid-night that causes hazardous smoke.
