Unauthorize construction of terrace

i am the resident of greater kailash - I, new delhi -48.

there is an un authorize construction of terrace going on at w-151 greater kailash-I, new delhi.

the owner of the front portion of the terrace in the said building are making a rooms on the said terrace without any permissions taken from the concerned department and without considering if the building can take any additional weight as the building is an old construction.

i am really concerned about the construction on the said terrace of the said building.

please do the needful at the very earliest.
